What are your visiting hours? 

 

Our store is open from 10am to 11pm from Monday - Saturday and 2pm to 11pm on Sundays. 

 

What is the best time of the day to visit the store ? 

 

For initial visitors and for fittings, the best time would be between 11am and 5pm as it is generally less busy.

 

Do I need an appointment? 

 

An appointment is recommended. 

 

What is the general procedure to get bespoke clothing? 

 

Tailor made clothes can take some time. Usually the first visit would consist of getting sized up, selecting fabric and styles. Following that, a minimum of 2 fittings would be provided before you can pick up the clothes. 

 

Fittings take a minimum of 20 minutes. When you arrive at the store for a fitting, it would take a few minutes before you’re fitted. 

 

What are your general prices?

 

Suits cost start from 8,000 thai baht onwards depending on the fabric selected. Higher end fabric cost between 20,000 - 30,000 thai baht. Shirts start from 1,500 thai baht. Coats start from 7,000 thai baht. 

 

Short dresses start from 4,500 thai baht onwards. Long dresses start from 7,000 baht onwards. Wedding dresses from 15,000 baht. Higher end wedding dresses with details/handwork could cost up to 49,000 thai baht. 

 

What is the turnaround time ?

 

Generally we prefer 3-4 days to create a few items. If time is limited do contact us prior to your arrival as we are able to complete some orders in under 2 days. 

 

Are you able to do alterations? 

 

Generally we are able to do alterations. Sometimes we are not able to if the alterations are deemed to complicated. 

 

Are you able to replicate clothing? 

 

Yes we are able to replicate clothing for style or sizing. 

 

What are the payment options? 

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Some foreign currencies are also accepted. Bank transfer and Paypal are also some options.

 

What is the payment procedure? 

 

At the time of ordering a 50% deposit will be required. The remaining balance will be cleared at the time of final pick up. 

 

Am I able to bring my own fabric? 

 

Usually we are not able to use our clients’ fabric to create clothing as complications may occur. 

 

Am I able to get tailor made clothes without visiting your store?

 

Absolutely, we will give you detailed information and instruction on how to go about this through email / skype / phone.

 

If i’ve visited your store before and you have my measurements, can you create clothes and have them shipped? 

 

We can create and ship garments to your country. You can use our mail order page to get your details across.
